Summary

In May, all store sales were 108.4% and the same store sales were 104.2% of the previous year.
Sales of summer products were strong because of rising temperature. A 20% point reward membership campaign from 14th to 22nd May also boosted sales.
Compared to last year, there were one more holiday, and we estimate this has a 1.8 point positive impact on same store sales.
By brands, niko and ..., studio CLIP, LOWRYS FARM and LEPSIM showed good performance.
By items, trousers and short-sleeved tops made of summer material were performed well.
Other than apparel, summer products were popular, such as breathable pumps and sandals in fashion accessories, and sun umbrellas in household goods.

April


Summary

In April, all store sales were 98.5% and same store sales were 95.0% of the previous year.
Spring products were sold at discounted prices. In addition, sales of summer products were slow because the temperature was lower than last year.
By brands, niko and …, LEPSIM, and Apart by showed good performance.
By items, jackets and right outwear like shirts were popular.
Other than apparel, thick-soled sneakers and bags were perform well in fashion accesories, and furniture for new lifestyles were sold well.

March


Summary

In March, all store sales were 107.4% and same store sales were 104.1% of the previous year.
Even though the weather was unsettled this month, sales of spring and summer products were strong due to the higher average temperatures than last year.
A 20% point reward membership campaign from 18th March to 31st March also boosted sales.
By brands, GLOBAL WORK, niko and …, LEPSIM, and BAYFLOW showed good performance.
By items, occasion items such as jacket and pumps were perform well continuing from last month, “Sukkirei Knit” and ” SUGORAKU STRETCH PANTS” that featured in TV commercial were popular.
In household goods, furniture and goods for new lifestyles were sold well.
